Fuzion Chef Services, LLC was founded in 2004. Inspired by our incredible experiences in fine dining restaurants of New York, our menus are about exceptionally prepared American Cuisine with French Influences. Variations Bakery, Inc a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuzion Chef Services, LLC was founded in 1990. Known for our creative expression, artesian methods, and fine imported chocolates, Variations serves the needs of fine Arizona restaurants with cakes and petit fours. Fine Dining Our Fine Dining Menu is custom tailored for your taste and budget. We specialize in tasting menus of up to 11 courses. Canapés/ Mini Desserts We offer both cold and hot canapés and miniature French desserts that reflect our culinary artistry. Cold canapés and miniature desserts can be made available as part of a butler style service, self service station, drop off or take home. Hot canapés are only made on site as part of a passed service or self service station. Action Stations Top quality ingredients deserve to be prepared tableside. Choose from one of our well stocked action stations in which our chefs will prepare to order. A great alternative to a buffet, our action stations give your guests a wide variety of unique ingredients to choose from and full control over how they are prepared. Drop Off Catering For minimum of 10, we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner drop off service to your place of work or private residence. All menus are served buffet style. Delivery includes service table, linens, chafing dishes service ware, disposable flatware and stemware. Silverware, china and glass stemware are available upon request. Commercial Bakery Variations Bakery, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuzion Chefs, LLC creates picture perfect pastries and cakes for the most discriminating hotels and restaurants in Arizona.
